An access denied error will typically appear when you are not logged into the site and have clicked on a link to a page that is accessible to logged-in users only.
If you encounter an access denied error, please click the Staff Login button in the footer of the website to proceed to the login page. If you do not see a Staff Login button, then in the address bar, go to /user (for example, catalog.example.edu/user). On the login page, enter your credentials, then try clicking the link again.
On occasion, the Access denied error may be accompanied by a message reading:
To log in to this site, your browser must accept cookies from the domain <your catalog site domain>
If you see this error, please remove anything appended after /user in the address bar and load the page.
