There are many different ways that you can request your PDFs to be customized. Some of the ways PDFs can be customized are:
- The number of columns (we support one to three columns).
- The order of content.
- While text pages must always follow the order defined in your TOC page, we can rearrange the order of all the text pages, degrees, and courses relative to one another.
- Additionally, degrees and courses can also be grouped by program or listed alphabetically.
- Footer text can be static, updated yearly, or reflect the last time the PDF was updated.
- Page breaks can be inserted in the PDF, either on a per-page basis as desired or for each TOC page, each TOC section, each program, or each degree.
- Individual pages can have column overrides.
- For example, if your whole PDF is two columns, certain pages can be overridden to only have one column.
- Elective group details can be displayed in PDFs if desired (by default only the title shows).
- Text page subheadings can be displayed in the PDF table of contents.
- Table borders can be added or removed from the entire PDF.
- Full PDFs can be set to update automatically, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Fonts can be different or the same as your website.
- Font sizing can be adjusted as desired.
- Page margins can be increased or decreased.
