There are two ways to find a degree you want to edit when you are logged into your institution’s online catalog.
Once you are on the degree you wish to edit, click the Edit button under the degree title.
On this page, you can edit the title, program, and degree type at the top, as well as edit the body text, similar to how you would edit a text page.
You can also re-order degree sections using the Drag to re-order button to the left of each degree section.
To edit the degree section title, degree section description, or degree section courses, click Edit to the right of the relevant degree section.
You can remove a course from a degree section simply by deleting the course code from the box. Leaving a blank box in the middle of a degree section will not affect how the courses are displayed on the View screen.
You can re-order the courses within a degree section using the Drag to re-order button, similar to how you would re-order an entire degree section.
If you need to override the credit total in a degree section or exclude the credits in a degree section from the overall total, you can use those fields at the bottom of each degree section.
Similarly, you can override the total number of credits for the entire degree using the fields at the bottom of the Edit Degree page.
Make sure to save you changes.
