The No access to execute Archive content on the Content error most often occurs when attempting to change the moderation state of a piece of content from the Content overview screen via the Action dropdown.
To work around this error, please click the Edit button for the specific piece of content and select the desired moderation state from the Save as dropdown at the bottom of page. Once you’ve selected the desired moderation state, be sure to click the blue Save button to save your changes.
