When you are ready to request a staging site, please email [email protected] with your request. If your institution has multiple sites with Clean Catalog (e.g. a graduate catalog and an undergraduate catalog), then please specify if you need staging sites for both catalogs or just one.

When we receive your request and set up your staging site, the following will take place:

• PDF Generators will be updated if content has changed since the last time they were updated
• The staging site will be created as a clone of your live site at that point in time
• Years will be updated on TOC pages, in PDF footers, and in the full PDF
• The PDF Generators will be archived on TOC pages alongside other past PDFs
• The live site will be locked for editing

The typical turnaround time for staging sites is 48 hours. If you would like to email us ahead of time and request a staging site be created on a specific day, please feel free to do so.
