The View tab displays the content that is currently published. This typically is the content that is viewable by the public; however, in our curriculum software, you may have fields that are visible on this tab only when you are logged in.

The Latest Version tab displays the most recent revision of the page. Our system keeps a revision history for all content, allowing editors to track changes over time. The latest version is the most current draft or review state of the page.

From the Revisions tab, editors and admins can review previous versions, compare differences, and, if necessary, revert to an earlier version. This version control is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date content.
